Mid September Favourites

Last month I decided to start a new little section on my blog. ‘Mid-Monthly’ round ups in which I talk about my favourite products that I have began using or liking in that current month.
After what feels like the longest week ever, returning to college, getting up at 7 am every day and not getting home until around 9 or 10pm, I’ve been trying to spend my spare time relaxing and detoxing away from the stress of college and work, and all of the products mentioned in this post are for.

All of these products are ones I picked up in Liverpool last weekend on a little shopping trip I went on with my family in celebration of my Dad’s birthday, and as you may have guessed from the title, All of them come from Lush.

Intergalactic Bath Bomb

There is nothing I love more during a stressful week, than to come home, run myself a nice hot bath, pop in a bath bomb and relax. The ‘Intergalactic’ bath bomb is possibly the most beautiful bath bomb I have ever used in my life, the colour it makes the water is just beautiful, the sparkles it adds that represent stars make it a galaxy-like dream, not to mention that once you get out of the bath, even without adding moisturizers, the bath bomb leaves your skin feeling amazingly soft.

Think Pink Bath Bomb

Another favourite bath bomb of mine from Lush is the ‘Think Pink’ bath bomb. Think Pink has such an amazing smell to it, and for it’s small size it really does pack a punch, leaving the bathroom smelling of the sweet scent of vanilla which is flooding out of the pink tinted water.

Cupcake Face Mask

The ‘Cupcake’ face mask is one I have loved for a long time now, I last bought one of these around Christmas time and used it a couple of times a week. Cupcake is a chocolate based facemask designed to help oily skin, aiming to freshen your skin, reduce oils and also leave it feeling super soft, I have used three face masks from Lush; Cupcake, Some blueberry one and Mask of Magnanimity, all of which do various different things for your skin (it’s best to ask in store which face mask is best for what you require,) but the Cupcake one is definitley one of the three which I would recommend you try out, especially if you’re after softer skin.

Mmmelting Marshmallow Moment Bath Melt

I actually only tried out ‘Bath Melts’ from Lush for the first time this month, and I was extremely impressed. Whilst I’ll admit it took me a little while to figure out what it was exactly I was supposed to do with it, I had a look on the lush website and found out that you simply put it in the bath and wait for it to melt away into the water. I particularly like this bath melt, as it leaves your skin feeling so silky and smooth, it’s unbelievable.
