Emollients can be applied as often as you like to keep the skin well moisturised and in good condition. Ideally, this should be done at least 3 or 4 times a day. Creamy E45 Shower Cream is designed to help protect your skin from further drying, leaving it feeling soft and smooth.

HOW TO USE E45 CREAM: Applytotheaffec­tedskin2or3ti­mesdaily. If symptomspersist, consultyourdoctor.ACTIVELY MOISTURISES– The shower cream contains emollient ingredients to actively moisturise the skin whilst you shower, keeping it hydrated and preventing the skin drying out further. Moisturiser helps keep your skin looking and feeling nice but also protects the skin from external agents such as germs and pollution. You can use E45 Shower Cream daily on the body or hands to leave dry itchy skin feeling clean and hydrated. Your doctor or pharmacist will talk to you about which type of emollient will work best for your skin condition. It's especially important to regularly apply an emollient to your hands and face, as they're exposed to the elements more than any other part of your body.

Emollients are often used to help manage dry, itchy or scaly skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and ichthyosis. Use this medicine only on your skin. Store below 25°C. KEEP OUT OF THE SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN. Contains Anhydrous Lanolin 1.0%w/w, White Soft Paraffin 14.5%w/w, Light Liquid Paraffin 12.6%w/w as active ingredients and also Glyceryl Monostearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Sodium Cetostearyl Sulphate, Carbomer, Methyl Hydroxybenzoate (E218), Propyl Hydroxybenzoate (E216), E45 cream has been clinically proven to treat and soothe dry, itching, flaking, chapped, rough and calloused skin, sunburn and detergent hands.

If you're using a steroid cream or another treatment for your skin condition, wait 20 to 30 minutes between using an emollient and using the other treatment. Ask a doctor which one to use first. HOW TO USE E45 CREAM: Apply to the affected skin 2 or 3 times daily. For external use only.
