Once you have spread the product over each piece of trim, gently wipe away residue immediately with a Microfibre Buff Cloth. It used to be if you walked into a big box store or automotive store your only options were Armorall or some no name snake oil product. Now you actually have useful options. Soak the pad with several drops of product. Use the AP1 Lint-free Applicator supplied to spread the coating onto the surface of your trim.

Instead, quality plastic restorers will be absorbed by the plastic and break down the oxidation that causes the lightened and ashy appearance. They will nourish the plastic and last a good amount of time, at least several months. They will also provide an even finish, like that of new plastic. Autoglym bumper and trim gel takes second place in this review and delivers great results at a really affordable price point. It’s a very different product to the top spot winner Gtechniq C4, it doesn’t have any of the chemical bonding process that the C4 does but it does a good job in it’s own right. Autoglym are a huge player in the UK car care market and have years and years of experience in delivering products that are easy to use, affordable and deliver great results.
