After mixing, it forms a polymer compound that can be moulded or used to build up and repair just about anything made from plastic. A “glassfibre” repair using 2-part polyurethane and your choice of glass/carbon/Kevlar fibre should work well. If you think you may want to do other stuff like duplicate plastic parts, then this kit looks like a good option as it has all you need except fibre but includes 2-part silicone rubber.
