Wah sounds were pretty basic and perfectly usable, but there were no advanced options for tweaking their sounds as we’ve found on some newer wah pedals. Incredible delays, reverbs and modulations from the stompbox modeler series but lackluster distortions (some adjustments are required to reduce excesive high end). Happily, the M9 cannot be blamed for any “tone suckage,” as many players have experienced with some old or cheap gear.
