I’ve been thinking about this book on and off, because I think that it heralds a different kind of cookbook. I don’t know what it is, maybe Informal Roman, but it’s a version of Italic which as we all know is tiresome to read if there’s a lot of it. But his cookbooks are not in the same league as other chefs who recognise the parameters which define after work food prep. Far from being a traditional home cooking book, Heston Blumenthal at Home is a must-have for all foodies and food geeks in this world!

Internationally famous for his award-winning, 3-Michelin-starred restaurant, The Fat Duck, Heston Blumenthal is considered to be one of the best chefs of his generation. Most of the recipes have a decidedly British slant, so those who have spent time in Great Britain or love the English culture will love this book. These cookies help provide information on metrics the number of visitors, bounce rate, traffic source, etc. Finally, we hear from the experts whose scientific know-how has contributed to Heston's topsy-turvy world.
