According to the brand, you can use this caravan sealant for roof vents, skylights, TV aerials, windows strips and much more. Before application, the surface must be clean, dry and free of any oil, grease or old sealant. It’s very easy to use. Unlike normal glues and sealants there's no need to take anything apart. Just apply the sealant and it will travel to where it's needed. I think the feeder case's section sealant might have given away on your pen, a competent pen mechanic will be able to reseal the joint on your pen. A much cheaper solution is to use copydex, as it's the same stuff, (Latex). You may have to thin the copydex a bit, as cpt tolleys is quite runny, hence it's ability to creep. You could apply it with a syringe from any chemist.
