The Demolisher 2-In-1 and the Cam ECS-12 were released in fall of 2014; the Rhino-Fire was released later that same year on November 1. All the direct plunger blasters are fitted with a weaker spring and the flywheel blasters are fitted with some sort of "limiter" which prevents the flywheels from spinning at their maximum potential speed. Voltage mods on the flywheel blasters will bring the range on par with the seventy-five feet versions. Both the orange trigger and gray trigger variants of the Firestrike have had a Double Your Darts blaster set, which include three additional AccuStrike Darts.

Despite its predecessor being completely unable to use Streamline Darts, some Firestrike blasters are able to load and fire Streamline Darts without any modification. [ citation needed] The design is excellent and trumps the original design in almost every conceivable way. It’s smaller and sleeker, with a better color scheme. If there’s any single area where the Nite Finder beats the Firestrike, it’s the handle. The pistol grip is way better on the old Nite Finder. It’s bigger and just feels better, especially without the secondary trigger that you can find on the Elite Firestrike. Though, smaller hands probably won’t know the difference. The Firestrike is a single-fire direct plunger dart blaster. There are two triggers on the blaster; the top is the firing trigger, while the bottom is a separate trigger to power the integrated red light beam unit, which projects a circular, red crosshair onto surfaces. This light is most effective in dark environments. It features a two-dart dart storage under the blaster's light and has a tactical rail on top of the blaster. On the end of the handle is a small hook-like piece of plastic, which extends down past the battery compartment.
