My family absolutely loved the curry saying it tasted like a ‘proper’ one!! So this was good. I actually found that you really could taste the vinegar and although we all thought it tasted great, I would like to try this again without the lazy ingredients to see if the vinegar is actually what made it taste more like a curry from a restaurant, as I suppose it gave it a bit more of a sour edge. The potatoes had a nice flavour but weren’t as popular, you don’t cook off the vinegar taste quite as much, so the sour edge isn’t quite as nice.
