I know she’s only 19 yo and has gone through quite an ordeal, but it annoyed me that she didn’t just grow the hell up and tell her sister about Will. I never tried online dating, but what’s wrong with doing it using fake identities? I thought people do that to fool around or for safety measures. Johnno is distraught when he finds out that Will sabotaged his chance of being on the show. Let’s talk about how that reveal caused him to finally confront Will about their coverup.Jules overhears Will and Olivia arguing about their relationship. Yes, he and Will carried out the prank that caused Darcey/Loner’s death. So maybe they both got what they deserved. But many of us (including me) felt a little sorry for Johnno. Where is Darcey/Loner’s body, anyway? This is definitely one just for mystery-thriller fans. (I also wouldn’t recommend buying it for any young readers as it does have more “adult” aspects of it’s plot.) I read it over one weekend and for whatever flaws it has, I did enjoy the mystery. There’s enough cleverness in there that you’ll likely feel it was worth the time. When she’s describing Steven and what happened, did you suspect it was Will or were you surprised at that reveal? Do you think she’ll ever tell Jules about what really happened with him? If you really appreciate their work, you can tell that as a compliment. If you are appalled by a celebrity's ostentation, you should avoid them altogether as they are not the best paradigm for us to follow or have a conversation with.
