In addition to doing amazing work with Puss, the cast of supporting ones is superb. Every character is fully rounded. And gets their own storylines with a beginning a middle and an end. We also get a really great villain. A character who is out and out bad. Who know they're that way. And goes with it. That's the way to write a great villain. They do have motivation, so they are three dimensional. But bad with it anyway. It's great. and helped propel this film. It also looks at how this film is an evolution from the first, the visual "painterly storybook style," digital construction, ATTENTION! Great review, unfortunately i did not like this film.. I love the first one, but i didn't enjoy the new "painting" animation style, and especially the added motion judder annoyed me.. I get this is an artistic choice made by the producers, but i did not like it. I also found the story pretty boring, although the existential crisis Puss has and the manifestation of it is pretty cool, it still didn't do it for me..Puss in Boots: The Last Wish Blu-ray delivers truly amazing video and audio in this exceptional Blu-ray release Kitty Softpaws is a well-rounded character as well, and Perrito, a sweet-natured animal and the source of much of the comic relief, also earns his place in the story with a moment that’s so good that it’s difficult to talk about without spoiling. The key word here is “earns.” This film earns a lot of its dramatic and comedic moments without them feeling entirely put upon. Moments are set up and paid off, and a few genuine tears might even be shed, making it a far cry (no pun intended) from this franchise’s films of the past. With good performances and a painterly-style reminiscent of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, you have a film that is astonishingly well-realized. For an eleven years later sequel, Puss in Boots: The Last Wish is quite effective. work but, beyond that, there's a sense of legitimate characterization and purpose to the journey which ultimately sheds light on a myriad of topics, Deleted scenes. Three. Can be watched all in a row or individually. The former takes eight mins. Some are not finished in the animation. All are good. With some very good character stuff.
