I feel this would be good for children in the primary classroom setting because it brings the idea of making the impossible, possible. I feel it would give comfort to children who may have a physical disability to know that they can enjoy sports too. One solution could be to impose a condition requiring a s106 deed to be entered into prior to the commencement of development. Despite his disability, the boy is a keen surfer, and he enjoys many afternoons surfing with the seals. Planning obligations must be entered into by a deed which is sealed and delivered. Sealing of deeds has to be done in the physical presence of a witness. In addition, for many local authorities sealing must be done by one "authorised person" and that sealing to be witnessed by a second "authorised person".I enjoyed reading this book because unlike other typical children's books that have obvious messages and narratives.
